Welcome to So Nearly Missed. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
VINTAGE & PRE-LOVED ITEMS
Most of the items sold by So Nearly Missed are vintage, antique or pre-loved. As such, some signs of age, wear and previous use should be expected and are part of their character.
I make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, including any significant chips, cracks, repairs, damage or other noticeable flaws. Please read the description and look carefully at all photographs before purchasing, as these form part of the item description.
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full when placing your order.
If an item has unexpectedly become unavailable after you have ordered, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
DELIVERY
Orders are carefully packaged and sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by postal or courier services are outside my control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know that you wish to return it.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received and must be packaged securely. I recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
Once the returned item has been received, your refund will be processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the item and its packaging.
Please do not return a damaged item before contacting me, as photographs and packaging may be required to make a claim with the delivery company.
Where an item is faulty, damaged in transit or materially not as described, your statutory rights apply.
MEASUREMENTS & ATTRIBUTIONS
All measurements are approximate.
Vintage and antique pieces are researched as carefully as possible. Where the maker, date, origin or attribution cannot be confirmed, this will be made clear in the listing.
